OUR STORY
Founded in Hangzhou, China, in 2015.
PRIMESEW began as a small apparel development studio, creating samples for designers presenting their collections at New York Fashion Week.
In those early days, our work was focused on understanding each design, refining the fit, and bringing ideas to life — one sample at a time.
As the brands we worked with grew, so did we. What started with sampling gradually developed into a more complete approach to apparel manufacturing, connecting product development, material sourcing, and production.
Today, we work with independent designers and established fashion brands around the world, helping them turn ideas into finished collections.
Our approach remains the same: every great garment starts with getting the details right.

We believe good manufacturing starts long before production.
It begins with understanding a designer’s intention, selecting the right materials, developing the right fit, and paying attention to the details that make a garment work.

Over the years, PRIMESEW has grown from a sampling studio into an apparel development and manufacturing partner.
Our work brings together pattern making, fabric and trim sourcing, sample development, woven apparel and knitwear production, quality control, and delivery coordination.
By connecting these stages, we help brands maintain consistency from the first sample through to bulk production.
